The Zodiac (1)

Zodiac was a double-armed Ferris Wheel, the three-minute ride featured twelve gondolas on each of the two wheels, which were mounted to a long, hydraulic arm, while one of its two wheels loaded on the ground, the other was rotating up in the air.

The Zodiac was a double ferris wheel. Unlike most Ferris wheels, this ride had a wheel mounted on each end of a massive hydraulic arm. While one wheel was rotating high up in the air, the other was perpendicular to the ground so that the cylindrical gondolas (which were suspended from finger-like spokes) could be loaded all at once.
